At LCTA, We Make Learning Fun!

Master Lee & JeannieTaekwondo is training with a purpose. Martial arts provide a solid physical workout -- but that's not all.
The greatest benefit of martial arts training at LCTA is the increased sense of self-confidence it builds in our students.

Adult students at LCTA usually find that they cope better with stress, sleep better at night, work better during the day and just overall feel better.

While you improve your physical fitness you will also be developing important self-defense skills. Students develop greater peace of mind due to the knowledge and expertise on what to do if faced with a dangerous situation. One day, what we teach you could save your life.

Classes are individualized and our LCTA community is a very supportive and comfortable environment. Adults participate at their own fitness level while progressing in skill and technique. Our adult students range in age from young adults to seniors.
